We have just found Melissa Ioja’s exercises on Youtube. She shares bodyweight circuit training exercises that are exceptional for shedding fat and also enhancing fitness. She does today’s in her yard, even when her neighbors are working noisally next door.

This is a wonderful exercise and includes one-arm mountain climbers, rocket launchers as well as a lot of avoiding. You skip in between each other exercise – if you do not have a jump rope/ avoiding rope do high-knees instead.

HIIT Dirty (real time workout)

There are 20 workouts, each is provided for 40 secs. Repeat the circuit two times. Publish out the exercises or watch the video listed below while you do the workout.

For this workout you need a Ugi ball/ medicine sphere, leap rope and floor covering. Melissa uses a Gymboss timer to handle the workout times.
